With the closure of Europe to immigration, then the closing time of its maritime boundary to the south (southern Spain, Canary Islands, Southern Italy, Greek Islands), notably through the European agency Frontex, the land border between Turkey and Greece became the main venue through which the exiles are attempting to enter Europe.
However, Greece does not respect the right of asylum, and undocumented migrants are locked in subhuman conditions. It also takes their fingerprints, which will allow other European countries refuse to consider their request for asylum and return them to Greece (recently, following a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights Some countries but not all, have stopped doing).
A small French-German team went to Greece from 25 February to discover the situation, report (video, photo, probably a brochure), meet associations and discuss how to better work with them on a European scale.
