A report funded by the Open Society Institute Sofia highlights the lack of information on their rights and the lack of translation in a language that they understand the exilees held in detention
centers for foreigners in Bulgaria, Busmantsi near Sofia, and Lioubimets near the border with Greece and Turkey.
In these centers, families with children, unaccompanied minors, asylum seekers, who should not be there.
Whatever their situation, because the lack of information available, the exiled locked in these centers can not enforce their rights.
